The Bangui Agreement entrusted OAPI with the following tasks: the Directorate-General reports to the Director-General and is responsible for the executive work of the organisation. It shall be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Organisation and shall implement the decisions of the Administrative Council and other tasks arising from the provisions of the Agreement.  The Management Board is composed of representatives of OAPI Member States. Its tasks include drawing up rules for the application of the Agreement, defining the financial rules and fees to be paid, monitoring the implementation of the Regulation and setting up ad hoc committees on specific subjects. They will also develop appropriate provisions for the implementation of six international treaties and conventions that all Member States have agreed to conclude within the framework of the agreements. . . .
