The deadline for access to an agreement is the period that expires immediately before the start of the voting process. During the access period, employees must have access to a copy of a proposed amendment to a company agreement. Staff members must be informed of the details of the vote on the amendment before the start of the access period. The Commission shall make available a checklist to assist in the variation of an agreement: the assessment of the BATEAU and the NES shall be carried out at the time of submission of the application. This means that a member of the FWC can address issues relating to the agreement that do not result from the diversity of conditions and that were not addressed at the time of the initial approval of the agreement.
